UPI Cashier Guide
UPI/IMPS निकासी, KYC, Processing स्थिति, फीस और धोखाधड़ी से बचाव को समझने की गाइड। 18+।
A withdrawal is not one action. It is a review, a payment-rail transfer and a bank posting, and the app often shows one status for all three. This guide explains the fields and the friction.
UPI and bank fields
The UPI field expects a virtual payment address in the name@bank form. It validates shape, not ownership. The bank route asks for an account number and IFSC and pays through IMPS or NEFT. A name mismatch between the app profile, the KYC record and the bank account is a standard reason for manual review.
Processing states
“Processing” can mean a queued transfer, an unmet turnover condition, an identity review, a linked-account check or a rail outage. The label does not distinguish them. Resubmitting a pending request can create a duplicate and extend the review.
Fees and forfeiture
A payout can arrive smaller than requested. A processing or gateway fee may be deducted, and unconverted bonus credit can be cancelled when a withdrawal is made. Only a statement, where one exists, itemises the difference.
Fraud warnings
No legitimate process asks for an OTP, UPI PIN, card number, screen sharing or remote access to release a payout. If someone does, stop and contact your bank. The site does not provide app support and cannot recover an account or a payment.
