Editorial and corrections
Include the record URL or slug, the field that is wrong, what it should say, and a public source that can be checked. If the issue is a package name, include the package string and, where possible, the signing-certificate fingerprint. We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to publish a correction or explain why the record stands.
Privacy and data requests
Use this address for access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal or a grievance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write from the address you used, or explain the connection if you are writing from a different one. We aim to respond within 30 days.
Legal and operator notices
Operators and rights holders can use this address for a factual correction, a trademark concern or a legal notice. Include the entity you represent and the specific page. We do not remove an accurate record merely because an operator dislikes it; we correct facts that are demonstrably wrong.
What we cannot help with
- App login, OTP, password or account recovery.
- Deposits, withdrawals, UPI disputes, bonus release or payment refunds.
- APK files, installation, modded builds or device support.
- Account bans, KYC rejection or operator customer service.
- Legal advice or representation.
We will never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN, card number, screen-sharing session or remote access. If someone does, stop and report it to your bank or the relevant cybercrime channel.
